About The Roguish Players

The Roguish Players is a program created by and for teens and young adults in the DMV Theater area in order to provide them with leadership opportunities in directing, stage management, and more. We strive to create accessible and inclusive performances that emphasize the importance of teen-created theater and art.

Our purpose is aimed around opening up more leadership and performance opportunities to teens and young adults that may not be offered at their local high schools or community theaters. Through this we aim to foster a positive and uplifting environment for these age ranges to be able to express themselves through their art, and provide the world with new and innovative stories and experiences.

A young boy and girl sit on a stage, having a conversation. They are wearing school uniforms, with the boy in a white shirt and black tie, and the girl in a white blouse with a black bow tie and a red skirt. There is a table behind them and a gray wall with a partial green design.
